After the extraordinary success of critics and audiences in its first thirteen editions, with more than 360,000 spectators, Girona will host again the only international circus festival in our country at the end of February. In the image of the great circus festivals of Budapest or Monte Carlo, the next edition of the event offers a careful selection of artists, including the world elite of the best trapeze artists, acrobats, jugglers and clowns who come from all corners of the planet to captivate with his feats.
The 14th edition of the International Circus Festival Gold Elephant will be held in Girona from 26th February to 2nd March, 2026. The Big Top of the Camp de Mart of la Devesa will host 70 artists from 15 countries to present 24 attractions never seen before in Europe.
Parallel to the Festival, the seventh edition of the Circus World Market will be held at the Fair’s Hall of Girona, to which the Big Top will be attached again without interior columns. Gold Elepgant annually attracts about thirty thousand spectators and is in the top 5 international circus festivals in the world and has become the largest circus event in Europe.
